Hrach Ghazaryan — Why You Should Post on LinkedIn

You know you need to be more active on LinkedIn and start putting out content, but you haven’t started yet.

Hello. My name is Hrach and I help small and medium businesses generate qualified and organic leads on LinkedIn through non-salesy and non-pitchy outbound messages.

Last week I had meetings with nine tech and IT CEOs. All of them, without any exception, agreed that they need to be more active and start putting out content on LinkedIn on a daily or weekly basis.

My question was: “Why haven’t you started.”

Based on their answers and, in a way, also based on my answers from back six months ago, I have summarized three answers, three main fears and solutions to each and every one of them.

1. Opinions

What will others think? Let me give you a really short, but precise answer and open up a secret for you.

No one cares. Trust me.

No one will ever care what you do. Just do it because it’s good for you, it’s good for your personal brand it’s good for your business. That simple.

2. No engagement

What if I post content and I get zero likes? Well, this is a fear and I was actually having the same fear and issue as well, but I got a solution to that as well.

Just call your family members or 2–3 of your friends who are on LinkedIn and say: “Hey, right now get on LinkedIn and just freaking like my post.” That simple. So it will be not zero likes.

3. Where to start

I don’t know where to start from. Well, again, I used to have the same issue and from what I see all of us have been there when just starting — we don’t know where to start.

I got a solution to this. Of course, you need to have a clear strategy behind your content. You need to understand when you’re going to be putting out content, what kind of content you’re going to be putting out, but the most difficult step is the very first step. You just need to take action instead of planning for too long. Don’t overthink, don’t over-complicate. Just make your first step.

And in order to help you out with your first step, I got a suggestion — let’s call it a challenge.

If you are up for this challenge, right now, after this take a selfie or even without a selfie, make a text post. And in that post write: “Hey, I just watched this video and I am committing publicly that I’m going to be putting content on a daily basis or on a weekly basis for the next three or six months.

In that post, make sure you tag me so 5,000 of my connections see that post: I engage with it and my network also engages with that. That way it will be a really good head start. If you are up for this challenge, I’m looking forward to getting tagged in one of your posts.

I hope that this video will help a couple of more people start the same journey I have started a while ago, actually from January 4th.

I am really seeing the benefits of being active on LinkedIn and putting out content. So I want to help a few more people have the same journey. If you enjoyed this piece of content and you are up for this challenge, give a thumbs up. And, as a reminder, if you enjoy LinkedIn related or B2B lead gen related content, don’t forget to subscribe to my newly created YouTube channel not to miss future updated.

Stay well, be safe, and I’ll talk to you later. Cheers.
